Returns

You have the right to return items within 14 days after delivery. Please, make sure you’ve contact us first at service@notopepa.com with your ordernumber.

RETURN CONDITIONS 

To be eligible for a return, ensure the item(s):

  • aren't damaged
  • aren't used
  • are in re-saleable condition
  • if applicable, are in the original packaging
  • and are within the period of 14 days of receipt
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These are:

  • Gift cards
  • Gift wrapping
  • Downloadable products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Customized items that have been personalized in a way that makes them non-resalable

If you return an item that does not meet these requirements, we will not be able to refund or not fully refund your purchase price.

Please note:

  • Make sure to keep your proof of sending and sending your items back via a tracked service until we have received the package.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Regrettably, any shipping costs will not be refunded. 

1. Report your return to us

E-mail to us at service@notopepa.com with your ordernumber. So we know when to expect your return package.

2. Pack the return item(s)

You may reuse the shipping box or envelope you received from us if it's still in good condition. Fill empty spaces or wrap the items so it can't be damaged during transport.

*You are responsible for returning the goods undamaged, so make sure they’re properly packaged.

3. Add the return form

You will receive the return form and instructions by email. Print the return form and place it in the package. Seal the package.

*If you reuse our packaging, ensure that the old label with barcode is no longer visible.

4. Deliver your package to the parcel service

Stick the return label on the box or envelope. Drop off your package to the parcel service of your own choice.

*You will receive a shipping confirmation. Keep this safe.

5. You'll receive a return confirmation

You will receive confirmation of your return by email within 3 days after we receive your package. The purchase amount will then be refunded as soon as possible, in any case within 7 days.

*Refund will be credited through the payment method used to make the original purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days after the return confirmation.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

After receipt of your return it can take up to 7 working days until the amount is visible on your account. Keep in mind, there is often some processing time with your bank before a refund is posted.

Make sure you've checked the same account with the payment method used during purchase.

  • IDEAL -> Bank account
  • Mastercard/Visa -> Creditcard account
  • Paypal -> Paypal account

If you’ve checked all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@notopepa.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please, send us an email at service@notopepa.com. If you’ve changed your mind about the item and wish to exchange it for a different design, please handle your purchase as a regular return and place a new order for your preferred design.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
